Rahul, the visionary behind the Mugabu concept, affectionately refers to himself as the “household labourer” due to his deep involvement in every facet of operations. With a rich 28-year career in multinational corporations, he embarked on a mission to create something that could spread joy to all. He firmly believes that while conventional wisdom may provide tranquillity, true happiness requires an unconventional approach and an awareness that there is no one-size-fits-all recipe for happiness. In a mere 4 years, he has skillfully guided the company to become a well-recognized brand, even navigating the challenging times of the Covid pandemic while maintaining profitability. His ambition now extends to expanding this venture to a minimum of 15 cities across the Indian subcontinent in the next 5 years, each one embracing its unique character and spreading the joy of Mugabu to cultivate happiness.
Jithin, an undergraduate, has been an integral part of Mugabu since its inception. Hailing from a modest background, he may be traditionally seen as a “blue-collar worker,” but his journey has transformed him into the de facto CEO of the company in terms of the invaluable customer experience he provides. His exceptional ability to empathize with customer sentiments and his skill in motivating the team to ensure maximum satisfaction are truly praiseworthy. He stands as the heart and soul of the establishment, mastering the delicate balance between kindness and assertiveness, adaptability and professionalism. Jithin can best be described as the Chief Entertainment Officer within our ranks, as he is the driving force behind repeat customer visits. They seek him out because he remembers them, creating a genuine connection that resonates with our patrons.
Raju C’s role as the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) at Mugabu is instrumental in shaping the organization’s direction and future success. With his wealth of experience in handling CXO-level positions at large multinational companies, he brings a strategic acumen that is second to none. His appointment as the CSO signifies his dedication to ensuring that Mugabu’s mission and vision are not only upheld but also advanced.
